Evaluation of the impact of introduction the new wage systems and "effective contract" in the sphere of healthcare in Voronezh region
Abstract
The article is devoted to the study and evaluation of the effectiveness of the introduction of new wage systems and an «effective contract» in the healthcare of the Voronezh region. In work the author analyzes the sociological survey of experts, whose goal is to get their opinion on the effectiveness of the introduction of the NSOT and the «effective contract» in the public health sector of the region. A comparison is made with the data of a similar study by the Higher School of Economics. In the course of the analysis, the evaluation of the effectiveness of the implementation of reforms in the field of remuneration of labor and the stimulation of medical personnel was made and the problems in it were identified.
