The population welfare and mechanism of its regulating

Abstract

The article deals with the population welfare, its objects and subjects. The author shows interelations between population welfare and phases of reproduction cycle, between population welfare and social relations arising in the process of production, distribution, exchange and consumption of material and nonmaterial values. The author gives classification of factors influencing the population welfare, determines incomes as a factor of increasing welfare. Taking into account structural and functional approach, the author uncovers the essence and the contents of mechanism of regulating the population incomes as the most important element of mechanism of regulating welfare.
