Abstract

In the article the questions of economy of labor and management organization discussed in the perspective of the scientific heritage of Professor, Voronezh State University, Dean of the economic faculty, head of the Department of labor Economics and principles of management, V. N. Eitingon, without which there can be reasonable market economy. With regard to the agro-industrial complex, when combining the advantages of socialism and capitalism with the cutting-off of their disadvantages, this makes it possible to create a competitive market mechanism with centralized planning, a holistic management system, and a modern agro-industrial complex. Cooperation, corporate approach to the organization and management of the economy, social processes should acquire at the state level legal status, which will require a set of measures to concentrate resources and efforts on key areas, the formation of a new technological order, stimulating the activation of the existing scientific and technical potential. Students of Professor Eitingon, summing up his scientific heritage, continue to consider analytically in practice the postulate of the order of time – the new Russia needs a system of cooperation in all areas of complex economic mechanism.
