Methodical approach to the assessment of formation of the cluster in the tourist sphere

Abstract

The methodical approach of formation the cluster in the tourist sphere, including the estimate of the potential of clustering in the tourist sphere, the estimate of efficiency of the tourist cluster functioning and synergetic effect, arising within the cluster, is proposed. The methodical approach is based on the integral method. Within the estimate of the potential of clustering in the tourist sphere it is offered to use the group of indicators of heterogeneity, which characterize the development trend of tourism sphere in the period of time. The scale of the levels with extended characteristics of each of them is elaborated for substantiation the decision of formation the cluster and expansion its activity in this sphere.
