Small business and social and economic development of regions - whether is dependence?

Abstract

In article the dependence analysis between the state of small business and parameters that define in general terms the socio-economic condition of the regions: GRP per capita and human development index (HDI). The analysis showed that small business development and overall socio-economic development of regions inversely related. It doesn't allow to claim that communications have cause and effect or factorial character. However the fact of existence of interrelation raises doubts.
