Features of economy of development software of medical information systems

Abstract

The article describes special factors of economics of production in general, and production of customized software for health information systems (HIS) in particular. The main characteristics of MIS software have been analyzed using the example of the Device for daily fetal and maternal monitoring during the pregnancy developed by an R&D company LLC «Diagnostics +» (Tomsk). In order to optimize management of intellectual, financial, material and human resources, as well as quality control and deadlines the team of developers have applied the classification parameters of the system software.
