Abstract

In article the Interrelation of the theory ofprofound knowledge Deming E. management of organizational knowledge. Detail the basic values of the theory underlying knowledge and their modern application. Identifiedfour levels of knowledge base of the organization: strategic, process, operational, personal. For the structuring of knowledge, it is proposed to use the quality management QFD.
