The efficiency of external economic policy of the region: complex method of estimation

Abstract

The authors present the method of estimation the effi ciency of government regulation developed by them. The external economic policy is treated as result of the public mechanism functioning. This mechanism includes three aspects: political, administrative and macroeconomic. The appropriate criterion of effi ciency had been developed for each of them. The mechanism functions effectively if each of elements corresponds to the criterion of effi ciency. This method can be used for predictable and current analysis of effi ciency. It also allows to allocate the spheres those are necessary for reforming.
