Abstract

The article discusses current problems associated with global warming. Documents aimed at limiting global warming to 1.5°C are given. A brief information is given on the fourth meeting of the leading authors of the IPCC special report on the oceans and cryosphere in a changing climate, held from 4 to 9 March 2019 in Kazan Federal University.
