Integration of innovative technologies in the main segments of the tourism industry
Abstract
The results of the study of the level of implementation and use of innovative technologies in the tourism sector are presented. The conceptual and terminological apparatus, as well as discussion questions regarding the use and interpretation of the concepts of «vertical tourism», «vertical tour», and «outsourcing» are considered. The characteristic of the most famous innovations in the restaurant, hotel and information segments of the tourism industry has been proposed. The factors and causes affecting the development of innovative technologies in tourism are identified.
