Organization of Design-Research Activities of Students by Studying Regional Specially Protected Natural Areas of the Voronezh Region

The purpose is to present the experience of organizing design-research activities on the study of specially protected natural areas (SPNA) in the Voronezh region. Materials and methods. The data of the information-analytical system (IAS) "Specially Protected Natural Areas of the Russian Federation" and methodological foundations of domestic scientists and educators in the use of design and research technologies were the information base. Results and discussion. The options for organizing design-research activities for students in the study of specially protected natural areas of the Voronezh region have been offered. The authors analyzed the regional specially protected natural areas of the region, identified "key objects" for the development of students' abilities in the field of design and research, and developed an algorithm of design-research activities in the study of specially protected natural areas. Conclusions. The materials proposed in the article can become the basis for organizing design and research work for students in schools in the Voronezh region, according to the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard.
