Abstract

The article considers the features of the depth of the relief dissection of the Tangarudchay River basin. On the basis of a topographic map with a scale of 1: 100.000, 145 elementary slopes have been identified in the river basin, for which the depth of the dissection is determined by a well-known technique. The theoretical and practical significance of this research is noted for revealing patterns of formation, relief structure and rational use and protection of the relief.
