Социально-экономическое положение формирующихся мегалополисов Китая в современных условиях

Abstract

The article is an analysis of the socio-economic development of the emerging megalopolises of China, the main features of which began to manifest during the period 1990-2000 – the period of rapid economic growth. During this period, economic, industrial, transport connections between the big and biggest urban agglomerations of the country began to acquire a high degree of integration. The article describes the current state and prospects for the development of megalopolises in a new stage of urbanization, which involves the all-round development of small and medium-sized cities of the country.
