The model of circumpolar vortex at isobaric level of 100 hPa is presented. The approaches of automated calculation of the main characteristics of the circulation pole are given: coordinates of centre, laplacian, orientation of hollow axis. Their statistical estimates for January and July are given. The fields of informational content of these characteristics for air temperature are calculated.
