Перспективный анализ возможностей развития муниципального образования (на примере большеверейского сельского поселения Рамонского района Воронежской области)

Abstract

A prospective analysis of the socio-economic development of the Bolshevereiskoye rural settlement, its emergence on the trajectory of achieving sustainable development requires the study of the existing development potential. This analysis was carried out according to the SWOT methodology in the context of the most important segments of the economy and social sphere of the settlement and consisted in identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the municipality, identifying opportunities for its development and identifying threats that were actualized in the external environment. To solve this issue, data of a comparative analysis of the development of municipalities in the Ramonskiy district, the Voronezh region and Russia as a whole are involved. The system analysis of statistical and empirical data allows to determine the factors and possible scenarios for the development of the Bolshevereiskoye municipality.
