Abstract

The article discusses the theoretical issues of developing the calculation and evaluation of a number of individual characteristics of the elements of the water balance of areas based on the proposed regional methodology for determining the average long-term flow of small rivers using the water balance equation. The results of theoretical developments applied for a number of watersheds of the forest-steppe and steppe zones in the Voronezh region have been analyzed.
