Abstract

The detailed study has been conducted to identify the trend components of air temperature in the European area of Russia, including adjacent areas in the cold period of the year. The regularities of their distribution in the longitudinal and latitudinal directions, which can be used in practice at the stage of decision-making in the long-term planning of various activities.
