The article is a logical continuation of the previous article of these authors (Proceedings of V oronezh State University. Series: Geography. Geoecology, 2017, №3), which presented a comprehensive assessment of the spatial structure of the ecological network of the cities of Slavyansk and Kramatorsk (Donetsk region) in terms of the biological and ecosystem diversity of their natural nuclei and their biocentric-network spatial structure. In this article, we estimate the potential migration links between local natural nuclei on the basis of the gravitational model of the similarity of the constituent geotopes of these nuclei. Based on the degree of similarity of the geotop structure of natural nuclei, the migration potential between them is determined, based on which spatial clusters of natural nuclei of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd orders are identified. It is concluded that natural nuclei forming clusters with a high level of migration potential, as well as their associations (clusters of the 2nd and higher order), should be given special attention in terms of environmental positions. And taking into account the concentration of these clusters in the hydrological network of the district, it is necessary to create NP A on each 1st and / or 2nd order watercourse at the expense of their natural nuclei with great environmental significance and a high degree of migration potential.
