Abstract

In the analysis of the hydrological regime of the rivers the main attention is paid to the water and ice regime and the factors causing them. The modern period is characterized by high dynamism of surface river waters. The most common features of the manifestation are the reduction of the maximum and increase in the minimum water consumption in the rivers, the elongation of the flood, winter thaws and flash floods the reduction in the duration of the freeze-up. The author points to the atypical nature of the hydrograph of 2016, especially the establishment of freeze-up in the current century.
