Methodology of determining the cost of project-assessment costs for transfer of forecast resources of mineral resources to exploratory reserves

Abstract

In the article the author formulates a method of determining the cost of prospecting and evaluation work for the transfer of forecast mineral resources in exploration reserves, divided into two stages: the task of the first-is to reject deposits that do not represent industrial interest in the foreseeable future, and the choice of facilities for priority work in order to obtain a sufficiently reliable geological and economic assessment of their industrial value, which is carried out at the second stage. Testing of the technique took place on the territory of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) on the example of ore deposits.
