Abstract

In the publication, the author examines measures of maintaining economic stability in the form of introduction of moratorium on bankruptcy and finds a violation of principles of equality before the law and of the parties in the process of “total” suspension of enforcement proceedings against the debtors to whom the moratorium will apply.
