Abstract

The article provides an article-by-article comparative legal analysis of Chapter 50 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation "Criminal proceedings against minors" and the legislation of the Republic of Mauritius regulating the procedure for bringing juvenile offenders to criminal responsibility, as well as establishing guarantees to ensure the protection of their rights and legitimate interests in the field of criminal proceedings.
