Abstract

Currently, there is no unity of understanding of the term "criminal policy" in criminal law science. In this regard, the author presents his own definition of this term, considering it in the context of crime prevention in the educational environment. Highlighting several levels of criminal policy, in this article the author refers to the criminal policy implemented at the municipal level and gives specific examples.
