Material elements of the structure of bribery and their criminalistic characteristics

The article draws attention to the difference of opinions of scientists about the structural construction of the forensic characteristics of bribery. Taking into account the importance of the scientific category “forensic characteristics of crimes”, the author concluded that the characterization of bribery is of greater interest for investigative activity, which reveals more fully and in more detail the content of forensically significant material elements that are reflected in the environment of the crime. Taking this into account, the material elements that make up the criminal structure of bribery were identified, the description of which should be based on the available data of forensic characteristics, and their importance for the formation of a private method of investigating bribery was determined.
