The legal structure of the contract is considered, as well as its features, if a peasant (farmer) farm acts on the seller’s side. The expediency of today’s broad interpretation of the norms of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation on the subject of the contract is substantiated, as well as the need to change the norms of paragraph 5 of Chapter 30 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation is argued.
