Административно-правовые проблемы неконвенциональной медицины

Аннотация
Анализируются административно-правовые проблемы неконвенциональной медицины. Несмотря на имеющиеся позиции относительно отрицания альтернативных форм лечения человека как медицинской деятельности, большинство авторов не видят проблем в юридическом понимании неконвенциональной медицины как вида медицинской деятельности. Раскрываются отдельные проблемные вопросы, связанные с применяемой терминологией: народная медицина, традиционная медицина, альтернативная медицина, дополнительная медицина, комплементарная медицина, холистическая медицина, этномедицина, неконвенциональная медицина. Обращается внимание на юридические проблемы применения федерального законодательства, вытекающие из неопределенности терминологии.
