On the relevance of the return of punishment in the form of confiscation of property against the background of a special military operation in Ukraine

Abstract

The publication attempts the author to theoretically and practically substantiate the expediency of the return to the domestic criminal legislation of the general confiscation of property, through which it is possible to solve in our country a number of problems of a criminal, demographic and economic nature that arose in connection with the conduct of a special military operation in Ukraine.
