The article analyzes theoretical and practical problems related to the operation of the principles of enforcement proceedings in the execution of non-property claims. Attention is drawn to the specifics of this category of requirements. It is noted that not all legally established principles comply with the requirement of universality and extend their effect to enforcement proceedings in general, and some of the principles receive special content in the execution of non-property requirements.
