Abstract

Examines the concept and features of the legislative process, characterizes its mandatory and optional stages; analyzed the amendments made to the Constitution of the Russian Federation in 2020 relating to the area under consideration; proposals were formulated to improve the current constitutional legislation of the Russian Federation regarding the legislative process.
