Аннотация
Судебная экспертология и криминалистика – признанные науки, которые имеют присущие только им предмет, объект, принципы и методы научного исследования, при этом у этих наук единые корни. Каждая из рассматриваемых наук занимает собственную нишу в системе наук и не является подчиненной. Несмотря на различия, у обеих наук есть несколько общих черт, в том числе эффективное использование их разработок в различных видах судопроизводства и иных видах юрисдикционной деятельности.
