Аннотация
Рассмотрены отдельные доктринальные взгляды на сущность и правовую природу принципов государственной службы. Проанализирована взаимосвязь принципов с понятием и юридическим содержанием государственной службы в основные периоды развития исследований проблематики правового организационно-функционального механизма российской государственной службы.
