Аннотация
Рассматриваются особенности оказания бесплатной правовой помощи гражданам в юридических клиниках высших учебных заведений. Отмечаются положительные аспекты деятельности юридических клиник и проблемные вопросы в области законодательства Российской Федерации, регламентирующего оказание бесплатной юридической помощи. Даются обоснованные предложения, направленные на совершенствование правового регулирования деятельности юридических клиник. Делается вывод об их роли в системе высшего образования и обеспечении конституционного права граждан на получение квалифицированной юридической помощи.
