Недостатки языка гражданского процессуального закона (на примере норм, регулирующих особое производство)

Аннотация
Анализируются дефекты изложения гражданских процессуальных норм, регулирующих особое производство. Исследуются такие недостатки, как неопределенность правового статуса участвующих в деле лиц, небрежность в формулировании правовой нормы, непоследовательность в обозначении правовых институтов, оценочность некоторых категорий. Предлагаются варианты замены некорректно сформулированных норм.
