Ограничение дееспособности гражданина: процессуальный аспект

Аннотация
Анализируются проблемы теоретического и практического плана, связанные с особенностями реализации положений Гражданского процессуального кодекса и ограничением дееспособности гражданина. Отмечается, что существует ряд законодательных пробелов и несогласованность норм ГК РФ и ГПК РФ. Отдельное внимание уделяется терминологическому аспекту в рамках рассматриваемой темы, предлагаются изменения в законодательство, связанные с конкретизацией отдельных терминов.
