Порядок пребывания иностранных граждан и лиц без гражданства в Российской Федерации и публично-правовое регулирование миграционных процессов

Аннотация
Исследуются вопросы публично-правового регулирования порядка пребывания иностранных граждан и лиц без гражданства в Российской Федерации. Анализируются различные подходы к определению базовых дефиниций в исследуемой области. Рассматриваются современные научные взгляды на протекание миграционных процессов, предлагается их авторское определение. Обосновывается вывод о необходимости эффективного государственного управления указанными процессами для достижения баланса с национальными интересами и минимизации негативных последствий миграции.
