Аннотация
Представлены результаты исследования категории общественного порядка в раннефеодальном уголовном законодательстве с апеллированием к иным памятникам древнерусской письменности, в которых раскрыта содержательная сторона порядка в обществе того периода. Обосновывается вывод о влиянии христианско-нравственной морали на правила жития в сферах общественной жизни, включая брачно-семейные отношения, определяя отношения между сословиями и в сфере государственного управления в целях формирования нравственных отношений между членами общества.
