Аннотация
Обосновывается целесообразность изменения наименования главы 31 Уголовного кодекса РФ «Преступления против правосудия» путем его дополнения. Дается характеристика объекта данных преступлений и отдельных его составляющих. Предлагаются изменения в ряд составов преступлений указанной категории.
