Аннотация

На основе личных воспоминаний о докторе юридических наук, профессоре Воронежского государственного университета, заслуженном деятеле науки Российской Федерации Льве Дмитриевиче Кокореве раскрываются отдельные нравственные аспекты его жизни. В своих научных трудах о проблемах уголовного процесса, прокурорского надзора, судоустройства, профессиональной этики юриста особое внимание Л. Д. Кокорев уделяет вопросам нравственности. Вся жизнь Льва Дмитриевича была посвящена науке, его научное наследие бесценно, а научные труды являются вектором развития современной российской науки.
