Аннотация

Рассматривается правовая природа социальной защиты, сформулирована авторская дефиниция социальной защиты сотрудников органов внутренних дел. Дана оценка негативного примера применения судебного усмотрения в деле о социальной защите сотрудника полиции. Обосновывается необходимость совершенствования правового регулирования социальной защиты сотрудников органов внутренних дел путем внесения изменений и дополнений в действующие нормативные акты вместо принятия новых законов.
