Цифровизация уголовного судопроизводства: к вопросу о предмете

Приводится понятие цифровизации уголовного судопроизводства, предложенное автором ранее, – ее ключевым элементом предлагается считать внедрение цифровых технологий. Учитывая широту их спектра, на передний план выносится вопрос о том, каким содержанием явление цифровизации наполняют его исследователи. При этом из всего многообразия мнений заслуживают внимания, как представляется, точки зрения, согласно которым цифровизация охватывает собой электронный формат расследования, цифровую фиксацию доказательственной информации, а также программные средства оптимизации процессуальных действий.
