Some peculiarities of carrying out the verification of readings at the place as a result of action

Abstract

In the article taking into account the analysis of the legal norms of the current criminal procedure legislation, some features of the investigative action of checking testimony on the spot are considered. The main problems that the investigator encounters during the production of this investigative action are identified and indicated. In addition, the authors offer separate recommendations aimed at addressing the identified gaps in the production of verification of testimony on the spot and improving the order of its conduct.
