Novelties of legislation on forests located on agricultural lands: problems of implementation

Abstract

The article is devoted to the novelties of the Russian legislation on forests located on lands not belonging to the lands of the forest fund, in particular, forests on agricultural lands. The prerequisites of the experiment designed for the current two years on the legalization of forests located on agricultural lands are named; possible problems in the application of novelties are identifi ed; ways to resolve the confl ict of private and public interests in the implementation of logging of forest plantations on agricultural lands are proposed; the author's proposals aimed at improving the legal regulation of the new regime of use, protection, protection, reproduction of forests located on agricultural lands are formulated.
