Abstract

The article provides a classification of abuses of law in the juridical process with an emphasis on the practical significance of the given differentiation criteria. Among the classification criteria are considered such as the branch of law, the subject sign, the object of encroachment, the consequences of the abuse of the right, qualitative and quantitative signs, the composition of persons, the nature of the behavior of subjects abusing the right, the forms of abuse of the right. The author considered practical examples illustrating each group of abuses and concluded that the considered features of the phenomenon of abuse of procedural law will allow formulating effective measures to counter it.
