Transfer of powers to the Russian Federation subjects of the Russian Federation and control over their execution: legal and economic aspects

Abstract

This article is devoted to the relationship of legal mechanisms and economic grounds for the institutions of transferring powers to state authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation of the powers of the Russian Federation and control over their implementation. The author substantiates the thesis about the economic reasons for initiating the transfer of powers and ensuring the economic well-being and recovery of the economies of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation through control over the implementation of the delegated powers.
