Forms and methods of protection of social security rights and their classification

Abstract

The article proposes a classification of forms and methods of protection of social security rights. The conducted research has led to the conclusion that the use of private law structures in the regulation of social security relations allows to increase the "arsenal" (forms and methods) of protection of social security rights, expanding them to the possibility of using most methods of protection of a number of branches of private law. Judicial practice is investigated, ways of optimization of legislative regulation of social security relations are proposed.
