The legal definition of the concept of distance work was analyzed. Peculiarities of regulation of labour of distance employees were studied and the suggestion of its improvement were created. Particular attention was paid to the problems of regulation of working hours and rest time, employers’ control, labour safety and termination of employment relations on additional grounds.
