Abstract

The article is devoted to the disclosure of the content of the public law regulation of the protection of the health of citizens in the Russian Federation, as well as the general and special principles of such legal regulation. Attention is drawn to the relationship between the concepts of "medical care" and "medical service" in the context of the content of the administrative and legal regulation of public health. A classification of the principles of health protection is given based on their differentiation into general and special. The final conclusion is made about the transformation of human rights into the rights of the patient in the provision of medical care.
