Abstract

Article acquaints readers of the magazine with Ignation Chuma's heritage, the famous Polish scientist in the field of the financial law. Its short biography is followed by the analysis of the known, and keeping to this day relevance work "Balance of budget against the background of a budget law of the different states" published in Lublin in 1924.
