An integrated approach to the definition of the concept of artificial intelligence

Abstract

At the beginning of the article, the author poses the following conceptual questions: what should be invested in the concept of artificial intelligence (AI)? Is it possible to give an exclusively legal interpretation of this concept? The article discusses various approaches to understanding artificial intelligence, offers its own interpretation. At the same time, it is noted that artificial intelligence is one of the directions of technoscience. The author answers an important question: in what cases should AI be used in making managerial decisions? In conclusion, it was concluded that it is not possible to develop only the legal concept of artificial intelligence, since the study constantly goes into the problem of its legal personality, in this regard, an integrated approach is of particular importance for the development of convergent relations, which allows generalizing the best achievements of various sciences in the fi eld of artificial intelligence.
