Abstract

The problem of manipulation by means of legal goals and instruments in the process of interpretation of law is raised - a widespread, but practically unexplored form of lawful behavior. The position is argued, according to which the manipulation by means of legal goals and instruments is immanent to the legal regulation of social relations in general and to the interpretation of law in particular. Specific examples reveal the content, features and technologies of manipulating by means of legal goals and instruments in the process of interpretation of law, as well as its influence on lawmaking activities and the enforcement of law.
